SMS Terms

Program Description

ScottyKnows LLC may send SMS messages for business operations and recruiting support. Messages may include application follow-up, interview coordination, status updates, scheduling reminders, help responses, and related operational notices.

How Consent Is Collected

For recruiting workflows, recipients are contacted only when they provided their phone number through a job application, referral, walk-in inquiry, business form, or similar request for follow-up. We do not use purchased or scraped phone lists.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by workflow and recipient response. Recruiting follow-up is limited to messages reasonably needed for the application or scheduling process.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and then no further SMS messages from that workflow unless you opt in again.
